She will set up meetings in advance, provide a custom site inspection journal for you to
take notes at the venues/properties and provide a photo log to be sent to you soon after your visit.

moment a guest steps off the airplane.
Experienced and well practiced, on-site staff are knowledgeable of all commercial Bay Area
(SFO, SJO, OAK) and local executive airports and will certainly add "that special touch"
to ensure that your program gets off to a successful start.
Based on your desired level of service, the professional Meet & Greet Lead will synchronize
the meet-and-greet uniformed specialists with flights to ensure that your guests are met
in a friendly and professional manner. As early or as late as their flight arrives,
staff will be ready to direct your guests to their transportation in a professional and courteous manner.

Departures Meet & Greet

The professional Meet & Greet Lead and meet-and-greet uniformed specialists will be
ready and waiting to assist your group for their transfer back to the airport.
They will be at hotel curb-side to meet & greet with last minute information and
direct your guests and their luggage to their transportation.

Tour guides understand the complexities of moving groups and will coordinate all aspects of each
tour including vehicle prep and guest departure, manage all admission fees, venue appointment schedule
and ensure the safe return of all guests.
